How do I place an order?
Ordering with Presstime is as simple as visiting our Resources page and and filling out what you'd like. If you'd prefer to send us an email or give us a call, please feel free. (info@presstimedesign.com and 289.668.8947)
What is your turnaround time?
Please allow 5 - 10 days for your order to be filled. Orders placed for unusual items or during busy times of the year may take longer, but we will let you know in advance if this will be the case.
I live out of town. Can my order be shipped?
Yes, absolutely. An additional fee will be added to your total, but you will only be charged the cost of shipping. Example: It costs $35 to ship a box of shirts to Halifax, so you will only be charged that $35.
How can I get my artwork to you?
We prefer to have artwork sent by email. We will also accept artwork submitted on discs or USB keys, but we would rather not take hard copies that require scanning.
What file format should my artwork be?
All artwork should be a Photoshop [PSD], Illustrator [AI], or PDF file. We also accept JPEGs, but this file format typically only works for one colour designs. Please make sure your artwork is at least 300DPI at the size you'd like it printed.
What is a screen fee?
Screen fees cover the setup for a job. Before we can begin production there are a number of processes that get your artwork from a digital file to a physical, print-ready copy. These are one time fees, though. What this means is that if you order some tees and want to reorder the same design (with no changes and a minimum of 21 pieces) you won't be charged again for the screens.
Can I mix and match the colours and sizes of garments in my order?
Yes. There is no minimum quantity of sizes and colours.
Do you require a deposit to start my order?
Yes, a 50% deposit of the total order must be paid before production begins.

REFERRALS
Word of mouth is a valuable tool! That's why we think you should be rewarded for it. All successful referrals will get you 7% off of your next order, and multiple referrals mean bigger discounts! Add an additional 2% to your discount for each new referral. Two referrals is 9% off, three would be 11%. All you need is a name drop and we'll keep you on file!
Things to keep in mind:
- Referrals on existing clients will not be credited.
- All of your referral credit will be automatically be applied on your first order following the referral.
